I know of 2 clubs off the top of my head which have had different systems due to a lack of evenness in shot allocation between the nines, so in stroke competitions the results were lopsided.

I would have thought it should be commonly known amongst members (it probably should be on the member notice board). Perhaps a couple of calls to different match committee members would reveal all.
